For credits purchased through our top-up system:
For subscription plans:
Stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current billing period
Returns money for unused portions of your current billing period

Include your account email address and transaction ID
Clearly state the reason for your refund request
Provide any relevant details or documentation
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
Refunds issued to the original payment method
Additional 5-7 business days for bank processing
Currency conversion rates at the time of refund may differ from the original purchase.
We may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:
Extended platform unavailability that significantly impacted your usage
Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
Fraudulent transactions on your account (subject to investigation)
Persistent bugs that prevented you from using purchased services
These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
