2. Credit Purchases

All purchases on our platform are made through a pay-as-you-go credit top-up system. Refunds are available only for unused credits.

Credits never expire while your account is active

Non-Refundable Credits

Credits already used for AI services
Bonus credits received from promotions
Purchases made more than 30 days ago

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Additional 5-7 business days may be required for bank processing

Currency conversion rates at the time of refund may differ from the original purchase.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:

Service Outages — Extended platform unavailability that significantly impacted your usage
Billing Errors — Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
